APPALLING SERVICE

What an appalling, pathetic service received from Paxi. Parcel sent on the 22 with 3 to 5 days delivery was estimated to be delivered on the 29 which was late already considering that it was on 3 to 5 days but even on the 30th it was still not delivered, sent a WhatsApp and was told that they will follow up with the courier then I asked how am I going to know what was the response, then the consultant said they will send sms once the parcel is delivered, made another follow up after hours , still no positive feedback. I will never recommend Paxinor Pep parcel delivery to anyone
