Appalling *********** Paxi Service

How do we get in contact with the CEO of Paxi? your service is appalling and imcompetant,.I posted a parcel over a month ago that has not been delivered yet and every time I phone to track parcel I get told its with courier, its with courier, its been escalated to courier, I even have a case number for that, blah blah, same story every time I enquire and there is no way for me to contact said courier, online tracking on Paxi website does not get updated either, totally unacceptable. I think its time for Carte Blanche to start a query directly with Paxi management to see what they are doing about all these undelivered parcels and that Paxi clearly need to employ a decent competant courier to transport their parcels.
