Again, terrible service

I ordered stuff from bid or buy, it was dropped at Paxi in Pretoria on the 17th of June. Today on the portal it stated "FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT BY COURIER. INVESTIGATION Underway" So I have to assume that the parcel is ******/lost/missing.
