Absolutely Pathetic!!!!

My Mother makes my daughter an advent calendar every ear for Christmas 3-5 day speed delivery which every customer pays more for than usual. . She sent 2 parcels on the 1st of December. We received the one parcel on Monday. It is now the 11th. And absolutely nothing as yet. Tried calling the call Centre, only answer is that they will escalate it. Seems PAXI has a huge problem as I am not the only one sitting in this situation. This is absolutely pathetic and I will NEVER use PAXI again. I will rather go to Postnet!
