Above the law with typical arrogance!

A parcel was sent to me and arrived on time. However when I went to collect the parcel with my my drivers licence ,they refused to give it to me! Ms Mahglangu who was the acting manager of the Pep Home store in Gezina Pretoria, was very rude and demeaning towards me. I have app**** twice for my new ID card and have not received it yet! So, does Paxi expect me to sh*t an id card or what is the story??? Section 17 of the Identification Act (No 68 of 1997) states that the South African driving licence is a valid form of identification in terms of section 17.4. This was my first (and last)experience with Paxi! NEVER will I use or recomend this service to anyone! Fastway was R10 cheaper.
