A BIG NO FOR PEP PAXI

One star is actually too much! I handed in a package at Centurion Mall PEP to be delivered at Christiana PEP in the North West. Instead of the expected Paxi parcel, a Foshini parcel with my tracking number was delivered. RAM indicated that it is not their problem and Paxi "is still searching"...Wake up guys, the computer cannot do everything, sometimes human effort and commitment is needed. I will NEVER use Paxi again, but I recon customer satisfaction is not that important in your business?
