6 months of waiting for feedback from Paxi

I’ve been following up on a parcel that somehow disappeared between the store and the couriers. It has now been six months with no resolution. I’ve spoken to several different people, each assuring me that the parcel “isn’t lost” and that I’ll receive feedback. Not a single person has ever called me back.
