3 to 5 days delivery Paid delivered 6th day no feedback from call center either

I have been using paxi for a while now and my parcels has always been delivered early. I send parcels from CT to Upington etc.

I paid for a 3 to 5 day delivery they parcel was fetched on a Monday but was only delivered the 6th day! The stuff was gifts for factory workers which broke up the Friday.

The parcel went from cape town stopped by bloemfontein so instead of leaving bloemfontein and going to Upington it went to Isando and then only back to Upington.

I called the call center and was informed they will contact me and make sure its delivered the Friday, up until today I have not received any call back.
