BAD EXPERIENCE PAWSnCLAWS

My daughter booked a pet sitter with PawsnClaws to look after her puppy, after I paid for the sitter we realised that my daughters event was cancelled and I cancelled immediately with the sitter, I even refunded the sitter her fuel money that she spend to do a meet and greet. When we asked PawsnClaws for a refund I was told they charge a R200.00 cancellation fee because I didn't give them 14 days notice (no idea how this is possible as I cancelled within 2 days of making the booking, the sitter was booked 7 days in advance, not 14 days, I paid R300.00 for the sitter but according to Kim the owner advised her that I cannot expect a refund. I would like to warn people using sitters from PawsnClaws pet sitters not to pay money over unless they 100% sure they will use them. THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY. I definitely didn't have a good experience, if it was possible I would not have given them any stars.
