He convinced me that i would get my puppy for a certain amount, including door to door delivery. He even sent an “original” KUSA transfer of ownership form for my signature. When the time came for delivery, I received an email from Petjet logistics, their “global” courier service, also with an authentic looking website, requesting a payment of an additional, fully refundable R14999 for delivery. When i told them I would like to cancel the deal and requested a refund( their website claims 100% money back guarantee) , Mark stopped communicating cold turkey.
