Misleading advert

on 18 May 2023 I saw an advert on pawsclawsonline on a promotion. Buy 1x18kg optimizor premium and get 1x7kg for free, For R315. I ordered 3 of the promos. On delivery I only received 3x7kg and no 18kg. I called in and spoke to Wayne who said was a co-owner of the company. I explained i did not get what I ordered and was told that I misread the promo and clicked on the 7kg and not on the 18kg. I explained that I went to the cart and clicked on the promo and excepted it. did not go to bottom of the screen to see were to click on 7kg or 18kg. So, I could have misread the promo, but I still say the advert was misleading as the invoice also reflects. buy the 18kg and get the 7kg free x 3 R945.00. Was accused of trying my luck and taking a chance. was told by Whayne to send it back and that I would be refunded, it's now halfway in July and have not received my money and Whayne has blocked me and will not take my calls. Bad service and fell as I was conned.
