Dog missing - Paws Pet Relocation ****

I paid for a dog to be brought to my house by this company. I paid R47150 and the flight was supposed to leave at 10.30 from PE to King Shaka. Still have not heard a word and now I phoned all the airlines. No puppies have flown today and nobody can tell me where my dag is. Very bad service. Going to open a ***** case at Police. Anybody else that can tell me something about this company.
