Walking Contradictions

First Paws in Motion charge me R900 to have my cat neutered, but I need a letter from them stating they give the SPCA persmission to do the neutering for only R400. Then a blonde lady behind the counter (after not knowing what Teramycin is) tells me that I'll never get it over the counter as it's an antibiotic compound. Following day, I get it from Airport Pets, OVER THE COUNTER. Then on Monday when I call Paws in Motion, ask if the vet is availalbe: yes she is. I ask if I can speak to her and get told VERY rudely that the vet is in consult, what can she help me with. When I explained the situation and told them that I don't have R900 for the consult and meds. I get told (again very rudely) that I can then go to the SPCA. The level of service I have received from Paws in Motion since Friday is ASTOUNDINGLY DISGUSTING and I would rather have my pet die than take them there again.
