Terrible , atrocious service

Absolutely horrific service. they should have arrived at 09:00, after i confirmed 4 times. they were late and i called at 09:30. only to be told they will only arrive at 09:55. the vet had to leave as they were on time. when i queried with paws and all i was told they actually don't preform the service they had confirmed. which confused me as this service was done last year - owner is super rude too.
