Refund

Good Afternoon my name is Faith Senosha. I booked grooming for my dog on the 26 February 2024 with Paws and all Professional Pet grooming and up to this day I didn't receive service from the team nor receiving my money .My Husband was in contact with them and they still didn't pitch instead he booked appointment with another team for grooming and paid them. On the 8th March I enquired about my money Surei said she'll do follow up, later on that day she said she spoke to Mr Coen and they will arrange my refund and nothing happened. On the 19th March I enquired again the same Lady said she'll do follow up, I waited and nothing happened, on the 20th of March she sends me messages that Benco will send me money with notification,I waited and nothing came. On the 2nd of April I enquired about my money the same Lady said she'll do follow up and she never came back until today when I asked that how long must I wait for my money and their response was Unfortunately Benco is the one that must send me refund and he is their subcontractor, there's nothing that they can do, the only thing that they can do is reminding him to pay back my money and that's all that they can do from their side. They talking about the Guy that is working with them and my money is deposited into their company's bank account.

Kindly help with this regards as I want my money back, I cannot pay for the service that I didn't receive and when I want my money they taking me from pillar to post, I have been patient waiting for my refund which I've never received.
