Careless and rough with my dog and unappologetical.

The PawsAnAll mobile groomers nicked my dog thrree times in a row with every visit. First they shaved off a skin tick on his stomach. Then they shaved him too short on his front and back legs so that he had open wounds. The third time, I showed the groomer a skin tick on my dog's head and asked her to please be careful. Only to find blood on one of the towls that they used. When I inspected my dog's head, the skin tick was bleeding and also had dried blood on it. They did not want to refund me and said it might not be their fault. Even after I alerted them to all three times my dog was knicked. Very bad attitude and very arrogant. Groomers were rough with my dog's eyes as well the second time they came - trying to remove eye discharge before properly soaking it first.
