What a bunch of Muppets. I enquire online, then get a call 2 days later. Confirming my enquiry and amount R40k. Upon arriving to process application, I am told they will only offer me R25k, I query this and am met with attitude and resistance from Innocentia, who then calls her manager, who then offers me R20K. Again I ask how this has dropped and we haven't done anything yet? I'm told the value of my car is R70k, and that's all they can do, I offer to show them the valuation at R91400. I am told"we don't need that" I'm told the T&C's and reluctantly accept, to which 2 minutes later the manager says we decline your application because you questioning everything and it doesn't "feel" right.

This is the service from here. I would absolutely not recommend this company, not even in the greatest of emergencies.
