Horrible experience from two companies trying to buy a puppy after my 18year old yorkie died

I dealt with Maria at Pawfect Home. Situated in Askham. She never explained the hidden cost behind getting a puppy from them. I ordered the pup I was given a price and asked to pay R500 for delivery immediate payment. I ended up having to pay ANOTHER R8750."refundable immediately" on delivery through Instant deliveries another immediate payment ..once I paid this amount they waited about 10 minutes before sending another email then saying that the papers for the pup on checking was not in order..I had to make another payment of môre than R6000. I called Maia who kept ignoring my calls. Then I called Instant deliveries dealt with Christopher very rudely telling me I'm pushy when I said I cannot afford the 2nd amount as well. This was the last time instant deliveries answered my calls and I need the refunds back which none of the two parties are responding to my emails, calls or messages.between Maria and Christopher I cannot begin to think that anyone can actually think for 1 minute that a single 60 yr old woman can have that amount taken on one day and now total silence
