I bought a 4 week plan from Paw Champ to train my dog but then they took another $38,95 from my account through pay pal which is supposed to protect us and should be a secure place. Pay Pal did not ask for my approval for a monthly subscription to be deducted from my bank account. They just accepted it or on my behalf.

The main reason for my request for cancellation and refund minutes after I have subscribed, is that the adverti*****ts and marketing seen online are completely the opposite of what your programme provides. Your marketing shows assertive individuals working with big and difficult dogs, claiming discipline can be greatly improved by 7 minutes of training per day. This interested me as I have a big, difficult dog and do not want to spend much time on training. The impression was created of a strong, assertive, different, "military" style approach to training. Something that I am prepared to pay for. However, my disappointment was huge when I accessed your training and saw that it was no different to any other vanilla training techniques available for free from many sources and ecactly what we tried a few times without success. THAT IS NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED AND IT IS NOT WHAT I WANT AND IT IS NOT WHAT I AM PREPARED TO PAY FOR. There is no reason for me to jump through hoops just to get my money back. You have already cancelled my subscription, so I cannot derive any possible benefit. YOUR MARKETING IS MISLEADING AND FALSE.
