Don't Trust Pavtar Construction!

Our School ordered 2 panels of PVC fencing on 9 April and we paid the full invoice. We are still waiting for our fencing. When phoning they blame the public holidays and then say we need to pay another R1200 for delivery after already paying for delivery on our initial invoice!
