WARNING - PAVLOU DONT REFUND DEPOSITS

<p>As tennant notice given on 31 march for April. 62 days later and NO refund for rent and utilities deposits paid to them. handed over the keys in good faith and even allowed new tennant on the 30th. No apologies from the principal Despo and no further communications. Reported them now to EAAB - Estate Agents Affairs board and consumerwatch ecr but the response time is 30days. So had to take out a loan to pay my new landlord!!!</p>
