WARNING AGAINST PAVLOU PROPERTIES - *********, DISHONEST AND TREATS CUSTOMERS UNFAIRLY

<p>Pavlou Properties are dishonest and very unproffesional. After giving them my rental property to manage, we have had ongoing problems with our rent not being paid over on time. Money deducted from rental collected, without any justification and / or explanation. A complete lack of interest around the upkeep of the property with ongoing false promises and lies. This was reported to the EAAB - Estate Agents Affairs Board. The situation got so bad that I had to hand the matter over to my attorney to try and get my rent paid over. When the Lease expired, we decided NOT to renew with Pavlou Properties, whereby they decided to keep the last months rent. We are now forced to go to court to try and get the money out of Pavlou Properties, that legally belongs to me, as the owner of the property. This small Company is extremely DISHONEST and *********.</p>
