ANGRY CLIENT FOR POOR SERVICE FROM PAVINGSA!

On the 19th April a sum of R40 000, 00 was deposited to secure all the material to commence with the work on the 10th May 2021. However this didn’t start on this date. Richard excuse was that the tools was left at lady’s house and she was in a meeting. The 3rd party for Richard only started to work on the site on the 19th May. They didn’t start work because Richard didn’t pay them. The 3rd party that’s work for Richard is Nondo Mkoma he charges Richard R55,00 per square meter when the work is done. During the removal of concrete they broke 4 inspection eyelids and one step; these was pointed to Richard as a high risk and he must be careful as we don’t know what’s under the ground this was done during Richard site visit. He agreed that his guys are careful when they start. We had to sort out the inspection eyelids ourselves as we couldn’t get hold of Richard. After numerous calls to Richard to remove the rubble outside the yard he sent a driver on a 3 ton to remove it, so that the bricks can be placed here for paving to commence. There was still a lot of rubble left which my husband had to get his gardener to clean up. Currently we have the river sand; plastering sand left outside the yard. The 3rd party went off site and only returned on the 27th May and asked my husband for the bricks so they can start to compact and pave. On the 27th May we received a what’s app from a driver named Shawn informing us that the truck loaded has had a break down and will be fixed in two days’ time. Still no bricks was delivered. We was not able to get hold of Richard. On the 1st June we received a call from Richard father informing us that his son was sick and unable to talk. We contacted Richard on 2TH of June he was asked to drop the bricks on the 4th June so that the work can be done on the 4 and 5th June and completed as he promised. Up and till now there is no bricks. The 3rd party came today, 8 June to check if the bricks are outside so they can start. We tried to call Shawn on *** to ask for the bricks but no answer. We even tried to call Richards dad on *** no answer on his cell phone. We tried to call Nondo Nkoma Richards 3rd Party on *** still no answer. We even tried to call Thabiso Mokoena on *** still no answer. Again on the 8th June after many calls to a number *** we got hold of Richard on *** answered the call on Paving Ferenaken (from Truecaller). We are still awaiting him to visit the site and inform us as to what is happening. Currently the invoice we received from Richard, does not reflect the physical address making it hard to track him. I am i-rated at the moment as currently my yard, driveway looks a disaster. Its currently 1 month and the work is still not done!!!!!!
