Unproffessional Hotel Ever

I was at Pavillion Hotel this weekend 14th December 2019, we booked since September 2019. We got there around 5am for checking in, we were told we can only check in at 3pm. We had to walk around the area like street kids in the cold, we hadnt slept from the previous night as we came with a bus. We wanted a room where we could take a shower and change till our room was ready but No we were offered a toilet. Where people were coming in and out, there was no sense of privacy. The young skinny Indian guy at the reception didnt even seem too keen to even help us. I wouldn't recommend or refer anyone here as they are dis-organised.
