DISSATIFIED CUSTOMER

I was deeply dissatisfied with the service I received from your waiter, Michael. From the very beginning, his demeanor was unprofessional and exceedingly rude. This experience has left such a negative impression that I have no desire to ever return to your establishment. Moreover, I found the food to be underwhelming, which only compounded my dissatisfaction.

To add to the poor experience, the waiter had the audacity to demand a tip despite his lack of courtesy and unwelcoming attitude. After paying for my meal, I even had to recall his name from the receipt due to the unpleasant interaction.

As this was my first time visiting your restaurant, I politely asked Michael to explain the menu. Instead of assisting, he responded with a rude tone, asking, “What do you mean?” When I inquired about any ongoing specials, he curtly rep****, “There are no burgers,” and left it at that.

To my dismay, I observed him treating other customers much more amicably. He showed them the specials and engaged with them warmly, which made his dismissive treatment of us even more glaring. After serving our food, Michael vanished and never returned to check if we needed anything else.
