Shocking!! A business to do people with!! - unacceptable service.

This company leads you to believe you will get what you ordered on-line. Takes your money - and now for the run around of e-mails, no communication directly with the customer. Its a case of the blame game and it wasn't me....or did you not get an e-mail from...or has so and so not called you?? At the end of a very wasteful and disappointing 2 days - here we sit high and dry without the materials we paid for...
