Impressed with the customer service and Quality of Products, but Truck was too big for our driveway

I am really impressed with this company, the seamless ordering process and quick delivery. Simon and Jerry (Jerrie) from Midrand office helped me get my urgent order done and delivered. The onsite advise we received was valuable.

Our only concern was truck size, for a 16 ton rock order, the truck was way big for our residential driveway and offloading had to be done on the side pavement; if they could split bulk orders into smaller loads, it would be helpful, as this would have gone straight to our backyard....was told i should have mentioned it when placing order. Costed me another day's work moving such a big load to the back with my gardener.

Great products, quick flexible delivery arrangements, great customer service, fair pricing is what i liked most. Besides the truck size issue, i highly recommend this company.
