Poor business ethic & bad workmanship

The pebble paving work was abandoned & not completed. The areas completed were very poorly done. The person in charge was rude arrogant & difficult. Most importantly he **** about all work that needed to be completed despite my presence when required measurements were taken & a final price agreed upon.
