Horrible customer service!

Purchased two bottles of red wine - as I literally walk out of the bottle store and into a different store, the plastic bag breaks and a bottle of wine shatters, leaving me in blood due to the breaking glass. I walk back to the store to complain and the teller says ‘no one guarantees plastic bags sorry’ he then gives me a R5 discount if I purchase a new bottle! This is ridiculous especially because I purchased the wine and not even 5 minutes later I returned... this is the last time I purchase anything from that store! Check your plastic bag when purchasing anything here people!
