poor workmanship

my car went in for engine overhaul in july 2024. When i was meant to collect car in november 2024 i was told 90% completed upon enquiring new vanosses was needed to b replaced. I was told by engineer that he had asked for new timing kit but only belt was suppied. After engine was placed back loud noise came from engine. I refused to take car as is.in meantime worshop claimed 45000 for repairs in desember 2024 and was paid in full not informing m. In January 2025 i was told by innovation group that payment was made. I informed them about my dissatisfaction as i was not infirmed and was not told to collect car. On 15 April i asked Gina via whattsapp what was,happening with car and was told that i now owe 330000 for storage and 4000 for shortfall. Initial invoice was 49000. Waterpump 6500. Invoice that was. Submitted to Innovation in December 45000 waterpumo 2100. Full payment of 45000 was made . No communication was received via email or whattsapp by Pauls worship that payment received and that i needed to fetch car given time frame otherwise 250 will b charged daily for storage. My car is financed with MFC still paying for car that i have no use off. 9. Months later. Gina and Andre are rude . no manner or speaking . i have been going every week to checkup on progress of work done. No update .they would just walkaway.
