Do NOT trust these guys

Extremely dissapointing! I paid R30,000.00 to have my VW Bus engine overhauled at Paul's workshop (RMI approved nogal), didn't ask for a cent discount. All I wanted was a perfect job and aftersales should it be required. Initially, they did a great job ( I thought). When collecting the VW, I was quite impressed until I noticed an oil leak. Being very patient and an understanding individual, I simply called Hans and explained the problem. He said I should bring it back which I did. Drove back to work after the oil leak "repair" just to find it is still leaking! Still, I stayed calm and called him again, repeating to him that I am leaving for Cape Town this December for holiday with my wife and kids and to please get this problem fixed. Again, after repair still leaking...not to mention the bus now also overheating on the freeway. Paul's workshop unfortunately closed up for the holidays and I was left stuck with these problems. On our holiday trip, the engine gasket blew and I got stuck in the middle of the night on the N1 freeway with my wife & kids. This was probalbly the most dangerous situation I've ever had. Had to tow car and rent a vehicle for rest of holiday...spending budget now down the drain, horrible!! Eventually, 3 days later, Pauls workshop re- opened. When calling Hans his words were "get it fixed, come back to JHB and we'll sit and talk" ???? ***...what makes him think I still had funds to now fix their mess up??? Hans, you should have said: "Apologies, where are you? Are you OK? Let's get your vehicle on a truck back to JHB and fix it, can we cover the unnessecary travelling and towing costs? So sorry for the inconvenience!" And Hans, how dare you ask me why the headgasket blew??? You guys did the overhaull, not me!!!!!
