Worst business service ever!

I have already reported this business before and was begged by Paul to take it down on condition that he will come and do his work after already paying him 75% deposit in September 2024. I took the post down and with huge effort he did a small part of what he was paid for. Till now, he is again a no show! Again showing his utter unproffesionalism with one excuse after another not honouring his appointments! Please never use this business! He hss the energy to do other work but not mine! My mother, 91 years old, suffers as she cannot open the door, but Paul clearly does not care! No inegrity or business ethics!
