I orderded a cake, cooler box and dry ice in February. They confirmed I could fetch the cake at 1pm at the cresta store on the day of the party. at 1h45 the driver had not even left to deliver the cake to cresta. With my daughters party starting in 15 mins I had to leave an rush to buy another cake elsewhere. They confirmed via email they would refund me. To date there has been no refund and no responses to my follow up. over R900 just gone!
