Rude lady at Paul's homemade ice cream in neighborhood

09/08/2023 The lady at Paul's homemade neighborhood was very rude. We went to a station with sugars, we found that there was no brown sugar. We then requested brown sugar and the lady said they are out of brown sugar we should have asked before we ordered. She was rude in saying that. We have never had that when you order hot beverages you must first ask if there is sugar before you order.
