Paul’s homemade icecream - horrible experience

Arranged a cake for my daughter’s second birthday with the store in Craighall , we phoned to ask if we can pickup the cake at 10am, having a lot of family members here and a car full of people I went to pick up the cake at 12am and the cake wasn’t even close.The franchise owner just told me it’s not his problem.

What a horrible experience.
