Pathetic Service

The service that I recieved from Paul’s homemade ice-cream for a mother’s day surprise was pathetic. I was told to recieve the package from Rosebank,when I get there my package was not there. I was told to come again and pick-up the package the following day. In which I insisted that it be delivered to my house as it has caused an inconvenience. I have sent emails to the head office and no feedback has been given yet. I am still waiting for my delivery to be made.
