Extremely Bad Experience - sorry we sold your cake

Don’t ever try and order an ice cream cake on a Sunday morning, they can’t help you! I called the Rosebank branch at about 9:30 and they had 2 cakes I needed for an afternoon function.? I asked for them to be put aside for me, I was told that I had to pay first, I said sure, how,? Can I give you my credit card details? Oh, no we can’t do that. ok, how do I pay? Head office, but there closed. Ok, how do I pay? Just come in. Ok I’ll be there within 30 minutes, have my cell number and off I went. On arrival I was told by “Assanda” sorry we sold your cakes. What? Eish, sorry for dat!!!

Simply unacceptable, if you have unreliable clientele then make a plan to take payment on a credit card over the phone!!!! I’ve often wondered what was holding them back because the ice cream is quite good, but Eish, now I know why!
