Disappointed texture and taste of ice creaming

Paul’s homemade ice cream Bedford Crossing. I Purchased 3 individuals scoops of ice cream one being birthday cake. It was quite hard more like icy texture the lady who assisted me said it was unusually hard today, nevertheless I didn’t know it would also lack in flavor. Spent R46 a scoop but didnt eat up eating it. I left it back the store. Very disappointing.
