Bad Service

To PAULS HOME MADE ICE CREAM. I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND them!! After complaining about your ice cream BIRTHDAY cake that I was extremely disappointed with as well as all my guests for my sons birthday which he only had a teas**** of , I cant believe you took the cake away for TESTING AND TASTING and after almost a week you guys get back to me and say NOTHING WAS WRONG I MUST FETCH THE LEFT OVER CAKE AND STORE IT AWAY FOR ANOTHER SPECIAL OCCASION!! I sent an email few weeks ago and you guys still dont have the decency to reply me back!! Its obviously not about customer service !!!
