Bad service

I am really disappointed in the African Male staff that works for Paul's in Cresta. He does not look like he wants to work and goes on like he is doing me a favour. First time I came to buy a cake and he told me they just closed and not serving people I must come 10 o'clock the next morning the cake will be there next morning I came in he tells me he doesn't have the cake so why tell me to come in if you don't have it and yesterday I went in to check if they have the slick burfee ice cream and rudely he tells me I need to order it so I explained to him that on the website it says in store and he shouted yes the one in the fridge and currently u can see there is nothing in the fridge so just go online and order it. Level of service is **** with the current staff bring back the old Staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
