Rotten Food From Paulitos

I ordered the beef Trinchado last night. We noticed that the meat served had an odd smell. Non the less i decided to take a mouth full of this poison that was served. I called the waiter and advised that there was something wrong with the meat. She took the plate away another 25min later she came back saying \sorry our fridges are off and the meat has gone off"? The manager didnt even bother to apologize. Not just to mention the bad food"
