Rotten food

Went to Garlitos at Haarties , for the 2nd time they are selling me rotten marinated chicken strips, I tried calling to notify them , the lady took my number and someone who claimed to be doing inspection from head office phoned shouting and saying there is nothing wrong with the shop he is doing inspection. He didn't want to identify himself . Apparently the owner of the Garlitos is the same owner of Spar in the same complex. They took some rotten meat instead of ordering through the Garlitos process
