Worst Agency

I regret using this agency with every bit of me, I can definitely attest to all the previous reviews. I rented with this agency and the owner of the unit cancelled her contract with the agency and to date, the agent refuses to refund my deposit. She has called me passing indirect threats concerning my communication with the owner. When i moved in, the unit had missing cardboards and incomplete work, not to mention, ****roaches that were uncontrollable and i constantly reported it to the agency admin but nothing was attended to. the owner then reached out to me and had all the issues resolved from her pocket and now the unit is in better condition than it was when the agency handed over to me. when i requested my deposit numerous times, the agent first said she wouldn't refund my deposit and i should continue paying her rent even though the owner is no longer in business with them. then she said she would refund my deposit if i move out of the unit and she leaves the unit in the same condition she got it in. I would never advise anyone to use this agency.
