Not all architects can be trusted

I am a client of your Paulfrid Goedeman of Goedeman Bouers in Gansbaai

On 14 Feb 2024 Paulfrid sends me the quote - a deposit of R4875 I pay .. on 8 March he says he is almost done. On 28 March he sends the preliminary building plan, before he would forward it to the municipality.. asks for the outstanding R1625. 23 April he sends the forms that I have to fill in, so that he can forward them to the municipality. To date, 24/12/2024, after many apologies + promises, no plans have been forwarded for approval. .almost a year I have been waiting
