Lack of service - appalling

We just walked into the Paul Smith store in Parkhurst. After having to ask for service - since no one offered help. The sales consultant - Kirsha- dragged her feet and didn't once make eye contact with us. She didn't greet or anything. We ended not buying the shoes we had intended to as a result of the poor service and a worn out shoe box she was going to give us. I will certainly never return to that Paul Smith shop.
