Paul O Sullivan Pathetic Service

I am beyond disappointed by the service or rather the lack of service that Paul O' Sullivan has given my family and I. They took our hard earned money, expected us to chase after them and open up cases for ourselves. The lawyer who was supposed to be handling our case, Saran Trent, has been nothing but indifferent to our emails and calls. She has not bothered responding to us despite us paying an exorbitant amount. All they care about cases that are for public consumption. As so for us poor, black no bodies, we are not worth their time.
