BLONDE HAIR TURNED ORANGE AND THEN YELLOW

I am a natural blonde. I recently went in to get my highlighted blonde hair a more natural blonde. The hair dresser, Naz, turned my hair an orange colour at the roots and she then tried to cover it up by putting yellow highlights in. She charged me R1200 for a toner which usually costs R200 - R350 in other leading salons. I have been in touch with her to get reimbursed or to get products so that the R1200.00 was not a complete waste of money. I am still waiting to hear back. This has to be one of the worst hair experiences and i would not recommend this salon to anyone!
