Being taken for a ride

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I booked a hair appointment for my son on Wednesday. When I made the appointment I said to the the hairdresser on the phone please remember that we get a special rate from you my son's grandmother will bring him so please just make a note of it. My son then went for his hair cut and was then over charged by an *********** hairdresser named Stefan. It was the worst hair cut ever the line at the back is not straight at all. I phoned them and requested that it be fixed but I was told that this hairdresser is not an appy and that it will not be fixed and I will not get my money back.... I was treated like dirt and this from a hairdresser my family and I have been going to for 4 years. But I have to say I think it's the mentality that goes with this hair salon. Their staff talk badly about each other saying this one is on drugs and this one is crazy and they say even worse things about their customers.</span></p>
