Sigh of relief

After going through a frustrating experience with another ford branch that not only replaced parts in my car that were not faulty, but also were rude, unhelpful and never managed to get the job done, I went to this Ford branch for an issue in my car.

Turns out the part that the other Ford replaced was faulty. This branch connected with them, and replaced my part within a day at no cost and most importantly, they kept me up to date from the second I left my car at this branch.
