Poor workmanship

I would give them 0 stars if I could. My Ford Kuga had a water leak and they quoted me R17500 to repair After they repaired it they called me to say they now picked up another leak and it would cost another R12000 I must pay 17500 and receive a broken car. They probably changed the wrong part in the first place. They cover themself’s for their poor workmanship and incompetence and I am left to pick up their unreasonable price in order to get my car back. I should have rights too.
